Concept
We refine the chosen direction and bring it to life in a live 3D model you can shape in real time. We’ll present distinct schemes plus optional “modules” you can choose to make sure the plan fits both your vision and your budget.
Final Design
We lock it all in: architectural plans, finish selections, final schedule, and a fixed cost. You receive a clear, comprehensive set of documents, and we secure your permits—so when construction starts, there are no lingering questions.
Interior Design
Throughout the process, our Interior Designers guide selection for materials, fixtures, furniture, and the final details that make the space absolutely yours. As construction wraps, the interiors that were planned and estimated in the concept phase come to life, adding the finishing touches to your space.
Construction
Our own in-house crew builds it and supervises trusted, specialized tradespeople from start to finish. You stay informed through project-management software, regular on-site check-ins, and work that moves in focused four-week sprints—so you always know what’s happening and what’s up next.
Warranty
We don’t disappear right after the final walkthrough. CG&S stands behind our work, so if something needs attention after you’ve moved back in, we’re only a call away. A home built right, for you, should be supported right, by us.
