Tamale Party Tradition Continues

Every year around the holidays, co-founder Stella Guerrero would deliver home-made tamales to CG&S’ clients as a token of appreciation and well wishes on the season. We’ve continued the tradition with a party at our offices where we hang out with old friends, clients, former clients, coworkers, subcontractors, vendors, and other folks in the scene.

I would like to think that the practice of incorporating cheese dip into the tamale boat is unique to the Tamale Party. Not everyone does this of course, but it is common.
These cheese and fruit platters from Royal Fig Catering were really great—well worth checking out
