Our latest topping out ceremony showcases a home stripped to its frame and built back up again to set the stage for a full home renovation.
Earlier this month we had the pleasure of doing a little topping out ceremony for clients in north west Austin. It’s been a while since we’ve done one of these and it didn’t disappoint. It’s so cool to see the stage of construction where almost the entire home has been stripped to it’s framing, and you can see how the new additions and opened up spaces tie into the existing structure. The integration of the old and new, the problem solving this requires, the blank canvas ready to be filled in. Such was the case with this home, ready to move on to the next phase.
